If you prefer, you may call us to place your order, toll free (866) 427-5456. If calling in your order, be sure to have your Item #, Quantity, Method of shipment preferred, and if you would like to have your item gift wrapped, your billing and shipping name and address, (name as it appears on the credit card, with the billing address of the credit card), a daytime telephone number and an email address we may contact you once we ship your merchandise.
Please be advised, no order will be processed without a valid authorization from the credit card company.

Shipping: Most products ship out within 1-3 business days of placing an order. You will be notified by email if your order will take longer to ship.
Packages are fully insured to their full value. Delivery time is usually 1-3 business days from time of shipment.
Sales Tax: Our company is located in West Virginia, so 6% sales tax will be added to your order if it is being shipped to a West Virginia address. If being shipped to any other address, no sales tax will be added.
Returns/Refunds: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer a 10 day money back guarantee on all our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 10 days of receipt of your order, for a full refund. If the merchandise is defective, we will replace it free of charge, simply call for an authorization number, ship it back to us prepaid, and we will mail you a replacement upon receiving your merchandise back. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on damaged, incomplete, or unwanted merchandise; or items incorrectly ordered by the customer returned to us.
Call our toll free number for a return authorization numberprior to returning your purchase. Items must be returned in original condition, and original box with all paperwork included, with a return authorization number. If item is returned after the 10 day period, no refunds will be issued. Return shipping is not reimbursed.
